MTTM (D), Luarr (Ö)
Berlin-based trio MTTM are dedicated to reviving the spirit of New Wave — blending 80s influences with post-punk, darkwave, and modern synthpop.
Drawing inspiration from Depeche Mode, The Cure, and David Bowie, their sound bridges past and present through poetic lyrics, driving drums, and pulsating synths. MTTM released their debut album The Diver in 2025 — a confident statement of atmosphere, nostalgia, and forward momentum.
Support: LUARR
As guitarist for Viennese R&B artist Eli Preiss, he has shared the stage with big names like Bibiza and Verifiziert. Most recently, he performed with Makko on the main stage of the Splash! Festival in 2025. With his solo project "LUARR," the guitarist with Brazilian roots takes fans on a journey through a world of thoughts often obscured by cheers and applause. Dark wave and post-punk sounds meet melancholic indie rock with shoegaze influences. LUARR manages to sketch stories with his songs—some fictional, some based on his own experiences and anecdotes from his surroundings. The heartbreak and complexity of difficult relationships are told in an almost novelistic style, sensitively and richly imbued with emotional depth.
